Cost to Cover Repairs

All costs and charges to cover repairs will be based on the current standard pricing at the time a claim is made, not at the original rate when repairs were first carried out.

Conditions That Void Our Warranty

Failure Covered Under Warranty
If a failure happens within your warranty period, Paramount Reglazing, at will and at discretion, will refinish the fixture, repair the damaged area, or reimburse the customer for the cost of the job, according to the fixture’s prorated status at the time. If the location of the fixture is outside of our service area, the customer may be charged a travel fee. ALL ISSUES must be reported to Paramount Reglazing within 72 hours of the damage occurring or your warranty may be VOIDED.
Cleaning Instructions
Reglazed and refinished surfaces will last for years with proper care, that’s why it’s so important to use the right type of cleaning products. Using the wrong type will shorten your reglazed surface’s lifespan, cause damage, and void your warranty. ONLY USE NON-ABRASIVE liquid cleaners. Chlorine and bleach are NOT SAFE to use and can damage your surface. ALL cleaning agents you use have to specifically state that they’re safe to be used on acrylic, reglazed, and refinished surfaces. We recommend the following products:
Color Considerations
Our standard color is Kohler white. If you want a dyed or tinted color, you need to let us know ahead of time. Arrangements to have a customer color added to your order must be made and accepted NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE your appointment. Extra charges may apply for custom color services.
Plumbing
Our team is made up of talented and experienced reglazers and refinishers. We are not trained, licensed, or authorized to provide plumbing advice or plumbing services. In some cases, our team members have to remove loose handles, spouts, drain pieces, or overflow covers. If this is needed and damage occurs, Paramount Reglazing IS accountable for those items, unless the items were already in poor condition due to old age, corrosion, or pre-existing damage. If you have plumbing issues like dripping faucets, chronic leaks, or old plumbing, please make our team aware of this PRIOR to your appointment so we can take the proper precautions.
Cure Time
Cure time is the time necessary for your reglazed or refinished surface to fully dry and harden. It can’t be sped up and if you use your fixture before the cure time has fully elapsed, you may VOID your warranty. Cure time for use is 24 hours after refinishing. DO NOT USE your fixture before this 24-hour period is up. MAKE SURE your fixture remains completely DRY during your 24-hour cure time. Your surface won’t be FULLY CURED until 7 days have passed. This means, that after the first 24 hours, you can use it, but don’t put down things like a bathmat or antislip device until after the first 7 days have passed and your fixture is fully cured.
Transfer of Warranty
Within the first year of your warranty, you may transfer your warranty. The new owners MUST contact Paramount Reglazing within 90 days of acquisition for the warranty to remain in effect, otherwise the warranty will be VOID.
Terms
Payment is due when the work is completed. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa. You will be charged a $25 returned check fee in case of insufficient funds.
